Photorealistic 3D Renderings - Goulet Designs
63Goulet Designs: 3D Content For The Digital World
Welcome to the Goulet Designs Hubpage. Here I will display some of my favorite work and post updates as I work on new projects. I have been involved with 3D Art since 2001 and am still going. I also attended Academy Of Art University in 2006. I have a major passion for 3D Art and love to bring out new and cool designs. Also be on the look out for postings of tutorials on how I go about creating some of the images you see here.
Take care,
Police Concept Car
Here is a look at the concept car I am currently creating. There is still ways to go, however the car is in its final stages and is needing a few parts here and there. This car will be used in my upcoming 3D Short called "The Chase".
I will update this these pictures as I finish.
Concept Car - Striker
Concept Car: Striker is my latest project recently finished. I finished this car for an upcoming short animation clip called "The Chase". I designed the Striker to have the looks of an exotic car and a muscle car put together.
The image on the left is a final render of the car. Using metallic silver with a studio lighting touch really made the car pop.
Striker was created using a series of lines to give me a rough idea on how I would like the shapes to intersect with one another. I begin modeling with a rough shape and tweaked it on the fly. Once I got a good feel on how the shapes were beginning to look, I then started to add the fine details to give the car its final touches.
Here are more 3D renderings with a video of the Striker.
Architectural 3D Renderings - Red Room
Creating Architectural Renderings is something that I am new with. I started creating interior renderings last year and am now able to put together a series of interior 3d renderings in a short time. I am always creating new and unique designs.
This rendering I created a few months ago; I designed it using google sketch up to get a basic floor plan, then moved onto creating the room in 3D to give it a photo realistic touch.
Wine Glass Tutorial (3D Studio Max)
Here is the first tutorial on this hub I will show you. Building a simple 3D wine glass fast and making it look realistic. Starting off with simple lines and using the lathe tool to create the wine glass shape. I used vray to render the glasses and along with the materials. Enjoy!
