I want you to get smooth, unwrinkled skin in 45 minutes without going to the expense of a spa. Yes, you can do this. I"ve done it many times myself and every time I'm amazed by the power of little coffee grounds and honey.

Save the grounds from your daily coffee. If you only drink a cup a day like I do, it may take three or four days to save up enough grounds. If you drink coffee like my spouse, you can start your own spa today. Once you have about a third cup, put them in a bowl and add enough honey to make the consistency of a paste.

Okay, here's the tricky part. You will do this over your sink so cover the sink with an old towel or some plastic wrap. You don't want the grounds to go down the sink and plug it up. Mostly you don't want your husband to scream at you for ruining the plumbing. It's even worse If your husband IS the plumber. Be sure you have enough time to stand there five to ten minutes.

Take the bowl of coffee grounds and honey mixed together and start spreading it all over your face. Be sure to get your neck area too. I also do the backs of my hands. Once it's in place, close and lock the bathroom door. Ever wonder what you'll look like after you're dead? Now you know. Even the family dog will be scared if he sees you. And with human children -- well, I won't even go there. Now set the timer for five minutes.

After the five or ten minutes, using a damp washcloth, wipe the grounds from your face and hands into the sink, where you have your towel in place. Take the towel to your trash can or window and shake it. If you're shaking it out the window of a New York City apartment, be sure to check below for anyone walking by. You think New Yorkers get cranky when it RAINS on them?!! After your towel is mostly clear of grounds, throw it in the washer.

Now take a shower if you have time. If not, just be sure you have all the grounds off your face and backs of hands as they can be very distracting when you're talking to people. I know it can stop a job interview dead in its tracks.

You may now apply your regular moisturizer, if you still feel you need it.

See? I wasn't kidding. Now, Isn't your face soft and smooth and free of wrinkles? I knew you'd be happy. Perfect skin, and you've saved yourself $80 on a visit to the spa. And, if you've followed my rules exactly, no one is traumatized, pissed off, or bringing any lawsuits against you either.
