Cancer Causers In Your Home - Go green
Given poor government regulation, many of the cleaning products available on the market contain "everyday" carcinogens such as formaldehyde, nitrobenzene, methylene chloride, and napthelene, as well as reproductive toxins and hormone disruptors. Not to mention other ingredients that cause liver, kidney and brain damage, allergies and asthma.
There are a host of products, other than those used for basic cleaning, that often contain carcinogenics.Automotive supplies: Most are toxic. Keep them safely away from the house and dispose of at a hazardous waste disposal center.
Air fresheners: Often contain napthelene and formaldehyde. Try
zeolite or natural fragrances from essential oils.
Art supplies: Epoxy and rubber cement glues, acrylic paints and solvents,
and permanent markers often contain carcinogens.
Candles: Avoid artificially scented paraffin candles that produce combustion
by-products, including soot. Beeswax only, with cotton wicks.
Carpet and upholstery shampoos: Use only wet-clean, natural ingredients.
Dry-cleaning: Choose clothes that don't need perchlorethylene to clean them.
Ask for the wet-cleaning option at you local cleaners, or seek dry-cleaners
that use liquid C02 or citrus juice cleaners.
Flea, tick and lice control: Avoid lindane-based pesticides.
Paints and varnishes: Always chose low- or no-VOC finishes.
Household pesticides: Go natural. Make a Sugar Ant Hotel.
Microwaves: Never microwave or heat food in a plastic container.
Everyday Cleaning Products: Go natural for cleaning products. Do not use chemical cleaners.
Bedding: Did you know that more than ten percent of the world's pesticides and over twenty insecticides are used on growing conventional cotton? Or that formaldehyde resin a known carcinogen and respiratory and nerve toxin is used in conventional sheets for reduced shrinkage? Use organic bedding.

Green Wind And Solar Power
As seen in the New York Times and on CNN.
Wind power generators are environmentally safe way to producing energy. They don't pollute the air or water and they don't need any kind of fuel to run.
The obvious advantage of wind power is that it is totally free and you can get off the grid. This will save you a lot of money long-term. Of course you should invest in building a power generator but still this is a minor investment compared to utility bills you receive every month.
The Homemade Wind Generator is a guide that explains the steps to create electricity using wind power at Home. One can easily start creating electricity from Wind Power, by taking help of the guide. Build your own in 2 weeks!
You will learn how to build a homemade power generator which generates renewable energy to help save the earth and your pocket book. There are many similar DIY products and energy guide books on the internet that turned out to be scams but not this one.
An environmentalist Michael Harvey created Earth 4 Energy. His latest project is well known to the renewable energy industry. He designed this guide to help people who want to save money on electricity bills without investing a lot but also for people who can about the environment. A solar panel can be built with parts that can be found in your local store or on the internet. A professional solar panel system can be built with less than $200. Others can cost thousands.
Building a solar panel doesn't require any professional skills. Anyone can build a working generator. You just need an easy guide to explain how to do it step by step. This program also includes video guide about how to put the parts together in detailed steps.
