The Perfect Grill Brush to Keep Your Barbecue Clean
82Find the right barbecue cleaning grill brush and your life gets a whole lot easier. You won't dread making sticky barbecue recipes and you'll just automatically clean up every time you grill. That in itself will make your grilling clean ups faster and less frustrating.
The grill brush that you need depends a lot on your personal strength. I have really strong friends with tough skin and they take a damp dish rag and poof their grill is clean. I try that and scream, "Ouch" and still have a mess!
So you can go with a manual grill brush, a motorized grill brush or a steam grill brush. And believe me there's a large range in strength that's needed and price.

Grate Chef 501-1100 Steaming Grill Brush
Price: $11.99
List Price: $19.99 |
Grate Chef 501-1100 Steaming Grill Brush
The Grate Chef 501-1100 Steaming Grill Brush is my personal favorite. It's light and it uses steam and lemon juice to get the job done. And cost - it's under $20. Simply fill it with tap water and 2 tsp. of lemon juice and release it as needed. The heat from the grill turns it into steam. And don't forget the lemon. You wouldn't think that it would matter that much but it does! I like the fact that it doesn't need any chemicals. The handle is a good size, not too small for Leo and small enough that my small hands can handle it. And it has a convenient loop at the end for hanging. It's the little details that make something easy to use. It hangs right on the side of the grill. So it's always there. No hunting around.
