I played different kinds of instruments. The school I went to required each of its students to learn a musical instrument at each elementary grade level. There were seven grade levels. I fell in love with the guitar.

As far as I can recall, I broke five guitars. I practiced whenever I had a chance. But unfortunately, my playing never improved beyond the strumming of a dozen chords and the croaking of a caveman. 

I was quite lucky my father didn't whacked the guitar on my head everytime I played "Hot Cross Buns". The guitar was good but the problem was me. And that problem is unsolvable. As my brother used to say, "Bro you should have stuck with the castanets or the maracas".

In comes a kid, Sungha Jung, that plays the way I should have played had Faith bestowed on me a grain of talent. Well he did practice a lot. He isn't tone deaf like me. His father was a musician (my father was an engineer-fireman). He had everything to make him a guitar hero. 

Watch and listen to the magic of his fingers. He is indeed a wonder to behold.
