I'm going to be telling you 10 tips I use all of the time in Gunz, they are extremely helpful and easy to do.

1. Read your opponent.
By reading your opponent I mean trying to work out whether they are skilled or a new player. This can be easy to define by their movements. If they do a lot of dashing around in the air they are usually experienced in K-Style. If they are a new player they will tend to use a machine gun and tumble around each map.

2. Running away usually means low health.
When you are fighting other players in Gladiator matches or a Deathmatch and one person runs away - chase them. They usually run away to find health/armour and come back fresh to fight again. Simple fix - chase them, a high damage pistol will come in handy as a 2 shot can kill them if low health.

3. Learn Wall climb.
If you are a beginner to Gunz this is a skill you MUST learn. It is essential in every map and can be helpful to catch players and avoid firefights.To do a basic wall climb, jump against a wall, jump and then slash, dash (repeat). To learn advanced you need to know flashstep and have a gun equipped in either slot.

4. Learn to lead shoot.
When you are playing Gunz you will notice (especially with pistols) that the screen will say hit when it might not be. To fix this learn to read where your opponent is going and then shoot in front of them, this will result in a complete hit.

5. Know your maps
During your time in Gunz you will be playing in many maps, all of which can be very confusing if you don't know your way around. This includes knowing hiding spots to ambush people, health, armour, ammo, and generally being able to get around the map quickly.

6. Throw grenades when you can.
Grenades aren't used as much as they should be, they can cause high damage on a direct hit and are helpful if you use them correctly. You can use them to check corners for people hiding, chuck them into big packs, or use them to power boost yourself...

7. Use pistols in narrow spaces.
Pistols are high damaging guns once you get a direct hit, and can be very useful for 'sniping' people down as they run away or dash/run towards you. Maps like stairway have lengthy paths where you can shoot straight in front of you, aiming directly at the person opposite you.

8. Use electricity (element) glitch.
I'm not sure if it is a glitch or not, but when you do a massive on an opponent, it will keep them in the air, where you can then flip, slash and keep slashing to lower their health incredibly fast and make them land on the ground no matter what. You can also combo this trick with any guns, simply by shooting them once on ground. Be warned as you may get criticised if you use it every time to kill someone.

9. Take down individuals.
While running and dashing around each map, you will occasionally come across 1 player that is alone. Run in and start fighting them with an unexpected attack such as the above combo. If they are a 'noob' you can easily keep doing this to gain easy kills.

10. Personalize your character
Last but not least is personalizing your character, whether it be finding a style to play with like K-style or D-style, or using good items and sets to improve your character. Get some reputation with these combined, not changing frquently like many players do.
