A lot simpler than one might think!
Let's face it, anyone who drinks has had a nasty hangover. There are few things more miserable than the combination of a head that feels like a sledgehammer was put to it and a stomach ready explode. You do not want to get out of bed, you look horrible, and you wish you had never touched alcohol the night before. But, you like to drink and will drink again!
The MOST CONSISTENT WAY TO AVOID A HANGOVER IS…
Drink two large cups of water before bed with a B-complex supplement or multi-vitamin.
Alcohol dehydrates us, but it is hard to tell until the next morning when your mouth feels like a desert. It also depletes our body’s supply of B-vitamins, which are essential for our health. If you think ahead and chug some water with a vitamin before you pass out, waking up will be much, much easier. Often no hangover whatsoever is experienced.
If you are too drunk to remember to do this, then do so in the morning. The results will be delayed, but it is better than nothing and can still save the rest of your day!
Vitamin Water is a great choice, too!
RED WINE & CHAMPAGNE
Never drink more than a glass or two of red wine or champagne. Ever have a hangover that hits you an hour or two after you wake up? Not any fun. Everyone should know that wines are the source of the WORST hangovers. This is especially because they contain sulfites, which is are aritificial preservatives. Red wine and champagne are especially bad because people often combine these with beer or liquor.
BEER & LIQUOR
“Liquor before beer, you’re in the clear” is quite a true statement. However, if you are going to choose between the two, there are trade-offs to both. Liquor does not cause as much of a hangover, unless sweet, mixed drink concoctions are consumed, but it does make one get drunk quicker. The most wild, unremembered nights are always the result of excessive liquor. Beer takes a long time to consume and tends to make people fall asleep before they can black-out and cause trouble!
Obviously, the best way to avoid a hangover is not to drink. It is probably a good way to avoid a lot of other undesirable things in life, too!
Always drink maturely :-)

Thank you! I edited that info in. Sulfites are definitely a big contributor to a miserable hangover.
They sell something in Dallas called The Hangover Cure. It works great!

Just would like to add a comment about wine ...it usually has sulfites and that definitely contributes to the hangover. You have no idea how much it causes adverse reaction to your system. Yes, a preservative in wine too. Is there nothing sacred!!
I myself would love a glass of wine with dinner ...but I pass because of the reaction to sulfites.
Just a bit of info for what ever it is worth to you. The bear picture is cute!!
