Oh my aching head

Unconventional headache relief

You wake in the morning with a pounding headache that follows you throughout the day. It gets so bad that you begin to feel nauseated, and the only relief you get is when you are sitting or lying.

You don't have to let these migraines rule your life because there is a simple, yet strange looking way to dispel these troublesome head bangers. Here's what you do next time you are stricken with a hanger oner.

Pump your arms and hands up and down and back and forth as fast as you can. You don't have to walk or run. In fact, you can be sitting for this. That's right: become a human propeller, waving your arms around like you're about to take off in your favorite recliner.

Now, if you're at home, this won't feel too ridiculous to you or your family members. You don't have to worry what they think of you because they are already stuck with you. Just feel free to flap those arms like a bird learning to fly.

You'll have to have a tremendous headache to go through with this in public. You will be risking having someone calling the whitecoats on you for this, but this method is well worth the personal embarrassment. You can look at it this way: you'll be contributing to the well being of those around you when they laugh uncontrollably at you.

There is a perfectly logical explanation why this frantic waving of the hands and arms works; it's because you are increasing the flow of blood through your heart. This removes the pressure from your head.

Therefore, you'll find it easier to endure the queer looks and snickering when you can flap your way to a clear head. You might find this is a better method than taking a handfull of aspirin that will further exacerbate your sour stomach.
