Some couple will feel headache after performing sex. There are various reasons and measures to avoid such headaches.

Here is the list of reasons for headache:

• During Intercourse heartbeat exceeds than normal  to pump the blood flow to the sex organs. Hence the flow of blood to the head will be reduced to certain extent. This will cause you headache during sex.
• It may be some kind of sensory overload or rush of harmones and chemicals,
• If you have severe back pain during climax in the back of your head or neck, could be a sign of blood pressure .
• These headaches are called coital cephalaliga and mostly men will have these symptoms.

Precaution or Remedial for headache:

• Take a pain killer 20 minutes before having sex .
• Check your position. May be you should let her on the top.
• Get a blood test for patelet count or contact doctor.
• Try without having a pillow.
• If you hold your breath and not releasing during sex.  Try concentrating on breathing while it is happening, now you will feel better.
