The Famous Rev. William M. James was sitting in his Study room when He looked at me and told me the following wonderful story: There was a young man who was dreaming that He had died and when he looked at the sign on the gate It read welcome to Hell.. The gates were made of a splendid white marble, the streets were paved of Gold and fine Diamonds. He soon heard a majestic horn blowing in the trees as the doors to a great Cathedral fell open. Inside was a huge buffet table with all kinds of meats, Fish, Fruits and Pastries. He soon heard another type of horn blowing in the trees followed by a crowd of people who gathered at the Banquet Table. He noticed that on the right arm of every Patron there was a Spoon affixed from the shoulder down the length of the arm. On the left arm of every patron there was a Fork affixed from the shoulder down the length of the arm. So, When the Patrons attempted to eat from the Banquet It was impossible for the Patron to eat So the Patrons of Hell went about Hungry. So the same young Man had another dream; In which He dreamt He died. Only this time He went to look at the name on the Gates and it read: "Welcome to Heaven" The gates were made of that splendid marble The streets were paved of Gold and diamonds He soon heard the Horn blowing in the trees followed by the opening up of the large Cathedral gates leading to a room full of a magnificent banquet He thought to himself this is just like Hell. And another horn blasted from the trees and a large crowd of people entered with a spoon affixed from the shoulder down the length of the arm and on their left arm was a Fork affixed from the shoulder down. The Patrons of Heaven took their positions at the table and began feeding each other by extending the helping of food to their neighbor thus everybody ate by feeding one another.
