The following is just a tiny handful of the many basic food tips that you could integrate into your everyday life to save time and money;

1. CABBAGE

2. PEAS

Peas are probably the vegetable that are used most commonly in the form of canned conservations, to restore their original flavor, add them a piece of sugar while you heat it.

It will not blacken, if immediately after grating, you sprinkle lemon juice over it.

4. WHOLE LEMONS

-by immersing  them in a container filled with water and changing it every day, also retain their freshness .

6. FRESH CREAM

8. SHRIMP

20. FROZEN WHITE SAUCE
