I discovered hemp clothing after reading about the way cotton and other materials are produced. I wanted to find an alternative clothing that didn't use masses of pesticides and herbicides to produce it. Hemp clothing uses very little chemicals which persuaded me to try it.

In the past organic clothing had a certain 'elitist' feel to it. These days alot of fashion designers are turning to hemp and bamboo clothing as they want to produce clothing which is not affecting our planet in a detrimental way.

This is very encouraging for the future and I feel sure that one day even the high street retailers will start producing more natural clothing.

I have found it to be extremely comfortable, very durable and totally individual compared to the normal high street fashions. It's good to stand out from the crowd and help the planet at the same time.
