500g flour

10g yeast [3tsp]

15g sugar

1tsp black pepper

50g margarine or butter

1 egg

100g cheese grated

1 egg yolk

250ml water

¼ knor veggie cub crushed

Parsley

100g onions chopped finely

Mix the yeast and sugar in 1tbls water let rise, then add to the flour the butter salt, egg yolk,cheese,onion,parsly,1/4 veggie cub, black pepper and yeast mixture and knead to a soft dough, cover with a wet cloth, let rise 1 hour.

Then punch down and knead lightly shape into roll to fit the baking tin leave in a warm place to rise again. Bake on the middle shelf at 400f –mark 6.
