I am a young adult that lives in columbus ohio. I have a decent knowledge on drugs, what they do and how they are used. I live in the osu campus area and walk to most of the places I need to. I dont own a car and when I walk I look all around me.

I know there is a problem when you walk a  long the street and see dirty needles and tools needed to use heroin. Its completly rediculos, you wouldnt think people would be more discreet and choose to hide the fact of whats going on. I wouldnt think people are out in the streets just shooting up or consuming the drug but somehow they are. A lot of people eather are ignorant or dont know what they are looking at, but I do! everywere i look its there. I just moved into a new neighbor hood and i already know of 5 different dealers that live in my area. Thats horrible, and I live in a family oriented neighborhood, and I see it everywere. I have noticed more than ever how bad it is. Maybe its because I am better educated on the topic and i can just notice it more. Or it is getting worse and people just dont care anymore and leave there dirty shit all around. 

The people need to do something about this, its just what can we do?
