high fructose corn syrup gas
60Scientist Makes Gas from High Froctose Corn Syrup
A scientist’s, finds better a use for High Fructose Corn Syrup. Scientists in a private lab in Texas have found a better use for High Fructose Corn syrup. For years the energy industry has experimented with all kinds of plants and vegetables in an effort to produce a fuel source that can be constantly replenished. As you may know, the winner has turned out to be sugar cane, it properties have produced a higher octane source of ethanol. The leader in the sugar cane research has come mostly from Brazil. Here in the United State, since we don’t have a sugar cane crop, our leaders have placed its bet on corn. Well. The United States Air Force has decided to produce its own sugar cane and go with ethanol produce from sugar cane. The reason is that the Ethanol from sugar cane burns at a higher temperature and burn rate which is required for jet type engines.
The Air Force in their test states that corn ethanol just don’t cut the mustard. Well all thru the industry it is a well-known fact that corn ethanol just doesn’t cut the mustard. Corn ethanol does not burn completely, which in return causes the catalytic convertor on most vehicles among other things to clog, burn out and malfunction. But these scientists took it a step farther, took the well-known sweetener in its purist form as its source of sugar and created an ethanol that has a higher octane and burns so hot that it leaves no residue. Turns out that there are a better way to ferment sugar, so that the purist of ethanol has been produced, it’s not as good as the sugar cane ethanol but it is way better then ethanol made from corn.
They would not divulge the process that they used, but they did state that the process could create a feed product which would open more farm land to grow more corn for the food industry. They also state that the fermentation process is faster and could use systems that are already in place. The scientist stated that in most cases High fructose corn syrup is already in a liquified state which shortens the process that they take from the field to the fuel pump. They also stress that any of the waste by products can be used as feed or fertilizer which will create a zero sum of waste. The new fuel has been used in ground, air and water vehicle with the upmost of success. Right now the process is being well tuned and patents are being applied fore.
Sources are lining up money to make this a reality, so don’t be surprise if High Fructose Corn Syrup becomes a hot commodity in the near future. It will become so valuable that food suppliers will no longer afford to put it in all their food products. The scientists have a saying that if you want to get rid of fat, turn it into gas. I believe that if that is the case, then there are going to be a lot of experiments on all kinds of food products. If by chance they have not yet found the replacement for our energy needs, that in the given environment they will. But that’s just my opinion.
