Let Google do the work for you by using the correct search syntax, e.g.
if you want to find an exact phrase enclose it - "san francisco bay area" this search returns 13,400,000 results. Down at the bottom of the page click on search within results - enter "deals for seniors" there are around 10 results plus the targeted ads are very targeted.
hmmm, these results are not perfect, but I have to run out the door and do some shopping :-) ..refine this later folks...
