If you're a home business owner, mlm, business opportunity etc, then you need to understand something that i feel is crucial to you're success.

Recently i spoke to a woman i met through a very popular social networking site and i was pretty shocked at how she was being taught to market her mlm business.

In fact, she even tried to recruit me, BEFORE she took the time to get to know me and BEFORE i knew anything about her.

That's right, we just started talking, and before i could ask her anything about herself, she started pitching me her opportunity.

Now i know that in the end, we all have our own business, and we all want success.
But i just couldn't believe how this conversation was going.

She then went on to tell me how great her compensation plan was, how the company has no debt, and best of all, how her company made her friends millionaire's.

And still, i knew nothing about HER. So i tried to give her some advice, but she wouldn't hear it.

I tried to explain that most people don't care about compensation plans, and if you're company has no debt etc

Know what she said? "OH Really?"

Here i was, giving someone my time and trying to help her without asking for anything in return,and she just didn't want to know.

She just kept going on about her compensation plan, company training, products etc.

And still nothing about HER.

My point here is that, people don't join compensation plan's or debt free companies.

They join PEOPLE!

But unfortunately some people will never understand that.

Ask yourself why you joined you're sponsor. I'm willing to bet my life that you joined you're sponsor because you could relate to them in some way or another.

I joined my sponsor because i could relate to her. We both have a young son, we are family driven, business minded, we share a passion to help other's and we are willing to work hard to have success.

If you want someone to join you in you're business, you need to give them a reason to.
Stand out from the crowd. Everyone in you're business has the same comp plan and training.
If you want people to join you, you need to position yourself as a leader.

Remember people join people. You need to attract people to you and not you're business.

If you do this right, people will want to work with you regardless of which company you're working with.

Last little piece of info i want to share. If you want to be successful in the home business industry,you need to understand this.

You're business is NOT you're opportunity and you're product is NOT super dooper oompa loompa juice or fatty to fitty magic diet pills.

You're business is MARKETING and you're product is YOU.
