this I know works did it myself. First get drunk on a couple blenders full of daiquiris then get your hair wet. Now hang your head down and brush all your hair forward and down. Now take the scissors and cut straight across. After you have done that you can stand back upright and comb out your hair again this time part down middle and comb straight down. Now comb a small amount in front and cut the length you want your bangs. Remember to cut a little longer because when dry they will be shorter. Now that you have picked the length you can keep taking small amounts of hair from front and sides comb up and hold between fingers and cut to match bangs. When finished you will have a layered feather look. If not then I guess you can't hold your alcohol as well as I do. good luck
