54The first step is to research as much info as you can. What you are doing now is great ;use the web, books, trainers, coaches, relatives, etc. If you know what you are doing it will make your workouts a million times better. When I first started working-out I just got a bench, a bar, and some weights I never asked for advise or looked up any information I just did what I knew and I wasn't making any results. After a month of no results a consulted my Uncle who had knew much of what I did wrong. He started working-out two weeks before I did but had more sense than I did and researched first. So while I wasn't getting any stronger he was. He is now my coach and we work out together three times a week. Now, if I would have started with more knowledge I wouldn't have wasted a whole month. So my message to you is a little research is one of the best ways to see results.
