A young teenage girl after long hours of partying the previous night, is admitted to the Princeton Plainsboro for swollen appendages. The girl however is not being honest of telling what really happened the previous night. As situation becomes complicated, the team decide to cure the girl but things become much more worse as the girl becomes pretty serious. Meanwhile Wilson and Cuddy attend a conference on pharmacology . House decides to join them for the conference but what is revealed that he joined them not to attend the conference as the sole purpose but to use the opportunity to puch a personal agenda.

Fans will be pretty much awaiting to watch House after they were deprived of watching it for the past two weeks. News about Cameron's departure has already affected them but Lisa Edelstein(Cuddy) in a recent interview has revealed that Cameron will not leave House forever.
