there are lots of marketing fads around this and one ought to be very careful not to choose a strict diet and look skins and bones and slim but weak

eat fresh fruits that are naturally low in sodium
if you consume more sodium containing diet you got to drink water which will raise your bp and the heart will have to pump more and work harder to provide fluid through out the body

Good info. here, although now I feel guilty for drinking Pepsi!!!! Why does it have to taste so good?
I get confused as one item may be good for a problem and not good for another problem
my problm is weak kidneys say prostatitis and swelled prostate I eat alot of bananas and this says they are not good
