Really it is..I personally think it's cute when guys are shy.

Well lets see...how shy are you? Are afraid to approach her? Are sure not what to talk about? Let's start with the basics... first when you approach her say hi. Then to start a conversation ask her about what she likes, what's her interest, what kind of music she likes, does she like pets, does she have any pets.....and so on... you get the point right? Good. Now if your trying to ask her out then how about approaching the conversation with " What kind of movies do you like?" After she answers ask her if she would like to join you in watching the most recent movie that came out. The worst thing that could happen is that she says "no" but just give it a try and i hope evertyhing works out for you.
