how can one stop biting nails? can you help a friend to stop biting nails?

Honestly I've been doing that my whole life now not so much nails but skin around nails I really would like to stop it mine I believe is nerves and stress.At my age I'll probley never stop my daughter does it my son does it I just am not sure.If there is a cure I'd really like to know.Thanks Sheryl

Hi Ahmadnaim thanks for the info I have been chewing gum.I do eat some candy not much really don't want to gain weight from it.I try hard candy takes longer to desolve.Thanks Sheryl

hye sheryl thats really not a good habit to biting nail. how about try to eat a sweet thing like candy , maybe it would help a little. Or you can try to click on mouse although your computer is not turn on. im just trying to help hope you will do better.
