3. Another thing you need to do is reduce your intake of your favorite sodas, tea and coffee, instead increase your intake of water instead. Water is a wonderful way of helping to suppress your appetite and also works at helping to remove toxins from the body which can be working against it and helping it store fat rather than eliminate it. If you find drinking water on its own bland then add some fruit juice such as lemon or lime to it.
