The Best Ways to ask a Girl to a dance

So you want to ask a girl to a dance - like in school or elsewhere. The problem always seems to be the same: How do you ask her to the dance? How are you going to approach her? What is she says no?

I have so many male freinds assking me this question that I decided to write this page. Now just think about it for a moment: Why does it seem so complicated?

Not because asking a girl is is some ways dangerous or somethnig, but there is always a fear that comes with it. The fear of rejection. GUys, this is the ONLY reason why you even have to think about certain ways to ask a girl

If it were just a normal question would you bother?

So where does this fear of rejection come from? It is all about self-confidence.

Believe me: confidence is king. If you are confident about yourself not only will you not feel any type of fear of being rejected but there is someting else...

If you are confident, you will radiate that confidence and the girl will somehow sense that. A girl being approached by a confident guy will much more liekely say YES to whatever the guy is assking. Girls love confident guys. Deep down we want to feel protected. That's hard-wired into your brains. And we can't change it.

So instead of stuttering and looking down: Look up and have a firm voice - look her straight in the eye and when asking pretend to yourself that you already know that she'll say yes. This often helps to gain confidence in this very moment when you ask the question.

Some Creative Ideas to Ask A Girl To A Dance

It always pays to be creative.

Girls will hesitate to turn down a sweet and creative proposal, even if they really didn't want to.

If one Jake doesn't seem to really care and Jason comes along with a truly creative surprise. Guess who will win.

Girls love to be surprised. So come up with something that she hasn't seen yet.

This makes her feel special. Girls love to feel special. And we love guys who make us feel special!

The Cold Way

Put the invitation in an ice cube. The message could say, "Please don't leave me out in the cold. Say that you'll go out with me this coming . . ." or "It would be really cool if you'd . . ." Or put the message on a popsicle.

Treasure Hunting

Check out your date's yard and decide on three to five hiding places for messages. Map it out and be creative in how many steps and what kind of steps to take from place to place. Leave a piece of candy and a "good job" note at all but the last place. Leave the the invitation at the last one.

Make a map for your date to follow. On the map write, "Follow this map. Your Friday night may depend on it."

The Fly Way

Write the invitation like an airplane itinerary and deliver with a bag or peanuts or pretzels and an toy airplane.

More will be added soon...

OK, so lets say a guy goes to a dance alone, like a single's bash where the ladies come with the ladies and the guys show up with their buddies. How should a guy ask one of the ladies to dance at that point? Should I just wait for another article from you? :-)

BTW, wanna dance?
