Its job is to make your Windows as fast as possible by cleaning up invalid entries in your Windows registry. You can use additional module from CCleaner to remove unnecessary space from your disk.

3. This is the last step that I recommend but you might need it if others 2 options do not work for you. I recommend you to buy commercial paid registry cleaner. The good thing about this cleaner is it is more complete and have good support if you need one.
