Clean bowels are actually the very first and the most essential condition for good health. To clean bowels there are different practices. The practices are yoga, enema and laxatives. The Laxatives are even though made from natural fiber, we should not get eddicted, in log run even laxatives won't work. Enema is more better than laxatives, eventhough it is not a natural process and won't clean your stomach perfectly. The one anly best natural way is yoga.
Natural method of Cleaning
Drink two glassfuls of water after brushing your teeth in the early morning. Those who suffer from constipation may mix the juice of a lemon and a little salt with water. Lie flat on your back and raise your legs slowly up to an angle of 30°. Stay in this position for one or two minutes and then raise your legs up to 90° and stay in this position also for a minute or two. After this, raise your lower body up further by giving support of your hands at the back below the hips. In this position, your body should be a perpendicular to the ground. Stay in this position from 2 to 3 minutes. Those who cannot raise their legs and stand in this posture, particularly weak patients, should support their legs against a wall. The entire process of this mudra should not take more than five minutes.
Come back to the rest position and stay for a few moments and then perform the following asanas each for 2 to 3 times. Shalabhasana, Bhujangasaria, Ardhachakr-asana and Hastpadasana. Those who are sick and weak should instead do Yogamudra, Pawanamuktasana and Shalabhasana. A strong and relieving motion follows within 10 minutes alter practicing these asanas.
The disadvantage of asanas are you must learn the above said asanas under the guidence of goya teacher. Everybody cannot do asanas for them i will give u an solution to clean stomach, which i was following from past 5 years.
The first and fore most thing is you have to change your food habbits. please remember the following points while taking food
1. Get rid of Spicy foods
2. Avoid Junk food
3. Lessen consumption of red meat/ poultry product as much as you can
4. Take 8-10 glass of water per/day
5. Do some Exercises daily basis for 30-45 minutes
6. Make habit of adding more and more green and colorful vegetables in your dishes
7. Avoid soft drinks
8. Be tension free and smile
Start your day with strarting of taking 2 to 4 galsses of water (ie. 500ml to 1 liter) after brushing. (in begining you cannot dring 1 liter of water so u start with 500ml and increase day by day up to 1 liter). After 30 min Take a Fresh fruit or vegetable juice with out sugar (use honey instead of sugar, Diabetic patents don't pur sugar or honey) . Give a gap of 20 minutes. In breakfast avoid normal breakfast and have a green vegetables and furits till your stomach fulls. (Don't eat unriped fuits).
Before 40 min of Lunch drink another 500ml to 1 Liter of water again. Take care that while doing lunch don't drink plenty of water and take care that have more green vegetables in lunch.
After the luch give a gap of 4 to 5 hours time and drink plenty of water untill dinner.
This process of easy evacuation ensures perfect cleaning of the bowels, so that all impurities in the stomach or the intestines are washed out with water.Neither enema nor any laxative is capable of performing this task so thoroughly and as naturally as this method is capable of doing.Sometimes decomposed bile and acids stick inside the walls of the intestines and the stomach and become the cause of many diseases.This method gradually dilutes them and passes them out of the body along with the water drunk in the morning.
