Often When blood pressure is taken or measured we have to take into account two measurements. The 1st one is called 'Systolic Bp' and the second one is 'Diastolic Bp'.
Systolic is taken when the heart is pumping out blood and Diastolic bp is taken in between heartbeats, when the heart is resting or relaxing.

HOW TO READ THE PRESSURE?
The Systolic pressure is the number on the top at the left side of the reading or marking;
and Diastolic pressure is the number on the bottom or at the right side.Suppose we have a blood pressure of 120/72 this means that we have a Systolic Pressure of 120 and a Diastolic Pressure of 72. These both two levels of blood pressure are very crucial and we need to keep them at a healthy level always.
what is a normal blood pressure in general? Experts say 119/79 is the healthiest level for an average adult and every adult must try to keep that level. A blood pressure between120/80 and 129/84 is considered to be the normal range. Blood pressure between 130/85 and 139/89 is said to be a high normal blood pressure range and, when we reach a level of 140/90 or anything higher, we need to pay a close watch as that's consider to be a high blood
pressure in true sense.
The best time to check the blood pressure is soon after you get up from bed or walk around for an hour or two, this would give us better reading and we can compare the reading taken after rest nd after work,we should not check our pressure after intense physical activities as we all know that the results won't show a normal level. One more important point to take care off is not to consume anything that contains caffeine or alcohol, and neither smoke for at least 1/2 an hour before the checking the routine pressure.Blood pressure often fluctuates some what during the day and is thought to be a normal conditions. There are innumeral activities that we do daily that may trigger blood pressure .
Sometimes it is seen that our pressure changes if we do some physical activity like intensive
weight lifting . sometimes our mental stress increase our blood pressure even certain food we
eat become one of the factor to trigger the blood pressure .

It may include always feeling dizziness, suffer headaches, feeling fatigued and restless, difficulty in breathing properly, insomnia, intestinal complaints and emotional instability.
