How to cook steamed lobsters?
59Ingredients 1. Four whole lobsters. 2. Melted butter 120 gm. 3. Four lemon wedges. 4. Fish stock 500 ml. 5. Lemon grass 50 gm. 6. Carrots 100 gm. 7. Onions 60 gm.
For Salad: 1. Rocket leaves 300 gm. 2. Sliced mushroom 200 gm. 3. Balsamic dressing 50 ml.
Method and preparation:
1. In a steamer, place the lobster in a perforated container over fish stock with lots of lemon grass, carrots, and onion and bring to a boil. 2. Cook the lobsters covered until done based on the size of the lobsters. 3. Generally for a complete sealed container, it should not take more than 12 minutes. 4. Serve with warm butter and lemon wedges. 5. Make a salad with rocket leaves, sliced mushroom and balsamic dressing.
