insomnia

unfortunately i am also suffering from insomnia.the main reson behind me developing this disease was not going to sleep earlier.i did this for 1 year and stayed late at night .now, its become so disturbing that even when i want to sleep i just cant.

the best way to tackle this disease is to go to bed early .if you dont get asleeep in an hour i think u shoud start counting the "sheeps in your head".dont think too much while you are trying to sleep.i have often found out from my own experience that the main reason behind it is playing too much thoughts in your head.relax ,take no tension , give away the frustration, thoughts ,memories and get a sound sleep.
