Good typing skills takes time. It it important to use a software training package to get started. Some of the tricks I've learned is to just type accurately without worring about speed. It is easier to speed up than it is to become more accurate. Something else I do is spell each word or say it in my head as I type. It has helped me with my dyslexia immeasureably. Last but not least, use good posture. If you are not sitting up straight with your arms at a 90 degree angle you will not hold your hands correctly and you will get tired sooner. I went from typing 13wpm to to 60wpm. Good luck!
