How to Extract Names and Email Addresses From Wordpress
61
Let's say you have a successful blog on Wordpress and so far you have recieved 5,000 valid comments on your blog with user names and email addresses.
Now you want to take you blog to the next level and start using email marketing systems like aWeber or Getresponse or just want to save these valid information to you computer for future purpose without headache?
Copy and Paste them? :):):) No,no,no
Then Here is How:
Note: This technique is might be little technical but if you follow it just the ways it says then you wouldn't face any problem.
1. Login in to your phpMyadmin
2. Click "wp_comments" table from upper left corner menu.
3. Click "comment_author_email" and after that click "Browse" which will show you a list of all comments made on your blog without any sortings (Real and Spam).
4.Now Choose "comment_approved(Ascending)" from "Sort by key" drop-down box which will sort the comments that you have approved before in front of spammy ones.
5. Scroll down and click "Export" this will allow you to export your comments into different formats ,You can choose any format you wish to export it to such as CSV ,but in our guide here we will choose Microsoft Excel 2000 for demo.
6. Click "Microsoft Excel 2000" and select "Put fields names in the first row" then hit "GO"
7. Now save the file on your computer.
After all, You might need to delete those unnecessary tables and also the spams at the bottom of the list and keep the name field with email field only, so that you can import it into your email marketing system.
Best of Luck to You!

Hi,
Inside from wordpress admin , you can't send emails to all of them. You need to use some kind of email marketing scripts or services such as phplist or aweber or anything similar.
