Healthy Weight Loss?
43How to fast track your healthy weight loss...
How to get to your ideal healthy weight...
Firstly we're going to address five areas as a quick guide to successfully reset your weight set point within the context of your overall health.
You know there's a ton of diet programs online, but almost none highlight the fact that the words and phrases (language) you use determines 85 percent of your failure...
Frankly, you also want a conscious awareness of relationships of food you body needs, so how and what to eat is key...
You want to recognize the value of creating a lifelong habit of eating in a way that supports both vibrant health and your ideal weight.
Then you address the ways to reducing and eliminating mental and emotional stress connected with your lifestyle and lifelong weight management.
All these elements effortlessly guides you towards freedom to enjoying eating with a healthy ideal body weight.
Why do only 15 percent of all people who attempt weight loss do not see any long-term success?
Way back in April 2004, a comprehensive study by a panel of experts, issued by the World Health Organization released a report on overweight and obese population...
This report concluded there are many methods available for weight loss like surgery, drugs, diet, exercise, preventative education, etc...
Only a maximum of 15 percent success was achieved and of course you already know obesity has reached epidemic proportions.
The main problem is none of these approaches systematically address the areas that effectively produce long-term success.
These five areas include:
1) Your body has a built-in set point for ideal weight and this must be reset for any long-term success with any weight loss program...
2) You eat food for many hidden reasons other than for nutritional value (vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, protein, and fat) so when that's not taken into account, you still remain hungry with strong food cravings.
3) Weight loss on its own is useless unless part of your total health plan. If you choose temperary interventions like surgery, drugs, or diet long-term failure is 85% likely...
4) You got to be aware of the stressful mental and emotional source to weight loss, and this stress must be addressed effectively for long-term success.
5) Weight loss is both an emotional and physical experience, but how often do you address physical problems in a spiritual way.
Tip: If you want to enjoy lasting vibrant healthly weight loss success you need a comprehensive system that is used to produce long-term success!

You are so right! Your second point is dead on. The biggest thing that most people don't understand is exactly what those reasons are. My reading has uncovered a great book that really explains exactly what it is that causes us to overeat even when we promise ourselves that we wont. When we understand why we overeat we also understand that it is not our fault - and that is a great relief! I explain that much more on my post why obesity is not our fault.
