How to gain muscles

Lets talk about really weak peoples, i have met many weak and lean people saying that they eat very much and do nothing all day just are taking rest but are not gaining muscles, i want to make clear one thing if you want to gain muscles you have to eat well as well as work out well.If you will eat well and are not taking exercise or working out, all the food and calories that you have taken goes to waste without having any effect on your body.

So take good calories then work out at gym you will definitely gain muscles. Best food which is cheap and easily available for body building is white part of egg without yolk, the white part contains maximum and pure fats, take about 3-4 eggs without yolk only yellow part then work out at gym.

To gain size of muscles perform sets with heavy weights and take rest 2-3 days of week, meaning perform exercise 4-5 days in week and then take rest you will surely gain muscles.

People who are fat and already overweighted should perform as many sets of light weights as they can and try to go gym twice a day and 7 days a week, if you will stay on your schedule you will gain cuts and smart body in about 2 months

hey my manes Cody, I'm 16, 6 foot 1 and I have 18 inch arms. I've always been into bodybuilding and my dad was kind of a bodybuilder too. I would love to be IFBB like jay cutler and ronnie Coleman but I want to start young and get as big as possible. So if you could give some pointers on how to get big and muscular that would make my day

like i said try to exersice with heavy weights and just after taking exercise eat 1-2 eggs(only white part not york)

and 1-2 boiled potatoes, these are basic ingredients for increasing your muscles size.

k, I like heavy weight training anyway. I've always worked chest with free weight bench press, I think free weights are the best way to go. any suggestions on loosing body fat? (particularely chest fat and belly fat)

Professional guy? I don't mean to be rash or anything but I live in a small town with a population of less than 2000 people, there are no professionals here, the biggest guy I know works at gear nutrition in a small city and hour away from here, and he only works Sundays.
