Great tips, I follow the first tip it is very useful. Also, if one finds it difficult to sleep, if they meditate (even silent meditation) for 10 to 15 minutes without any other thoughts it leads them to sleep. Or they can read a book until they fall asleep.

Great tips and practical to apply too. Pillows and mattresses are definitely critical to getting good sleep. Whenever I'm sleeping away from home, I often get uncomfortable neckaches because the pillows were too soft and offered no good support.

Hi Rudra,

Sleeping is necessary for common men but some of our early days heroes conquered sleep.

Laxmana and Arjuna were those. Lord Mahaveera, 24th Jain Teerthankara did not sleep during his ascetic life of twelve and half years.

thanks for a good hub.

Thumbs up!
