After downloading your players, GO TO any one of the following two sites below to get live event schedules and the STREAMS showing these events. Then follow instructions on each of the sites carefully to watch.

You will get most football match streams from this page. They provide Free Sports Streams, where you can watch: Live Football, Free Premier League games, BundesLiga, LFP, EPL, CL, SPL, Seria A, Cricket etc.
On this page (livefooty) you may be instructed to:
Download either SopCast, TVAnts or any of the other players you've just installed DO NOT download again just refresh the page, and click on a channel e.g LiveFooty- eXtra2 or LiveFooty 10, then wait 2-3 min for the channel to finish buffering, sit back relax and enjoy.
If you can not view without downloading, move on to other sites.

For best results, your system must meet the following requirements:

1) Windows XP with Windows Media Player 9 and at least Internet Explorer 6 or

Windows 2000 with Windows Media Player 9 and Internet Explorer 6 or above.

2) Windows Media Player 9 or above but Windows Media Player 10 is recommended.
