Screen printing t-shirts may sound complicated, but this easy at home method is a snap. Screen printing is a great way to print lots of shirts with the same design. Follow these step-by-step instructions and you'll be printing in no time.

supply needed

To get started on making your first home made t-shirt by screen printing. you need to right supply .

Firstthing your going to need is.

- a screen some are made of wood or metal i like to use old picture frames. with 110 mesh for t-shirts and a 180 for paper.

Second is

- a photo emotion is available in any arts store.

Third thing is going to be

- a squiggie is french for movement.

The fourth thing is

- a scope couter. it is used to put the emotion on the screen.

-The fifth thing is a role of tape. and a transparent paper.with your design printed on it and some heat.

so when you have everything you need to screen print. the next step is to clout your screen with the emotion.

what you do is get ur scope couter and pour about a inch and a half of emotion in to the scope couter.

Then you put your scope couter at the bottom of the screen and apply it to the screen in a up right position.

now u leave ur screen in a dark room. and wait about 30 to 50 mins to dry.

and when screen is dry you need to burn the image on to the screen for about 10 to 20 min.

then the image is burned in to the screen u nee to wash out the emotion.

now you'r ready to print. you lay you'r screen on the t-shirt you want it to appear on. and put textile ink on the screen . using you'r squiggie scrape the ink in a up right position and scrape it back down removing the ink off the screen and on the t-shirt and let in dry and you have yourself a home made t-shirt

you can do this to bags, bed sheets, and jacket
