I have to agree about the sit ups. I did this for 30 Days,
I felt sick every morning after I had finished.
I believe you do something for thirty days or times. it will become a habit.
At the end of thirty days, there was no tightening of those abs, so I stopped and the feeling of being sick stopped as well.
I bribed my self. No more sit ups, no more sickness. It worked

Some one asked me the other day if belly dancing is a good form of exercise for losing belly fat. I stared at her blankly for a few seconds. Then I asked her.. you should always use an authority figure to emulate when it comes to fitness. A professional would be best.
But... hello... have you seen professional belly dancer? You NEED a belly to make it work!!! Laughs aside, I think it's a great form of stress reliever and a fantastic way to improve flexibility at the hips but, yeah, I'd stick to old fashion resistant training and interval training for a real sexy six pack. Works for me!
