beaded rosary

Rosary is very essential in our lives. Making a beaded rosary for yourself is fun and easy. It is also a nice gift for somebody such as friends, relatives or someone you care. It takes away stress and makes you feel good when you finishd one or two or more.

Once you've learned the craft, it will be easy especially when you design your own rosary using different kinds of beads.

The materials to be used:

1. 11 pcs. beads

2. 26 pcs. seedbeads

3. crucifix

4. center medal

5. 4 pcs. crimp

6. flat nose & pliers

7. long nose.

8. 7 to 8 inches elastic nylon

Follow the following steps:

1. Cut 7 to 8 inches elstic nylon

2. Arrange the beads in the following order:

2 seedbeads-1 bead-2 seedbeads-1 bead ans so on until you finished inserting 18 seedsbeads and 10 beads in one row.

3. Insert the crimp followed by the center medal.

4. Crimp the beads on both ends using the long nose.

5. Insert the crucifix to the nylon, then crimp using long nose.

6. Insert 2 seedbeads-1 bead-2 seedbeads (in that order) then attached the elastic nylonto the other end of the center medal then crimp.

You now have a nice stretch beaded rosary. The rosary I made is usually used for Three O'Clock prayer. But you can make the regular rosary using 60 pcs. beads.

Have fun and patience.
