Making money at the same time as cleaning out your cellar or attic or garage is a Good thing Especially when it makes you money at the same time.

I have been selling stuff on Craig's List, for about 3 years now, and I do pretty well, I have lots Of tips, On how to make money and clean out unwanted stuff in your house or garage or Attic.like old tables or chairs lamps that aren't in use any more or some old tools that you Never Use.

HERE IS A few good examples, I have had a deep fryer now for 3 years now and used It Maybe Once or twice, well its going on Craig's list now , I also have a Large indoor Foreman Grill ,And haven't used it in years now and its going on Craig's list.

Also old toys Are a big hit As well , and these are the things you look for In your house to sell, And clean up Areas with ITEMS that you just don't use anymore, try it you'll Be amazed at how Much stuff you Can sell, and Clean up your house at the same time, that have been Collecting dust for Years now , so try to Look around you basement or attic or garage.

You will Be surprised at what you find, people Will buy anything, especially if its priced right, And they Were looking for the item your selling Anyway, look at it this way, its like having a yard Sale, but You don't have to lug, all your stuff Outside and bring in back in after, and believe me ,I have Done that a tons of times,and Always Try to make sure there are pictures on the your craigs list web site.

People Like to see what there Buying ,also Check online to see and Compare what The price is, if Someone had To buy a brand new Item, that your selling, And make sure that You comment The cost of a brand new item, in Your Craig's list sale Page.

Also keep the price reasonable, which Will move what your selling More Quickly, and Never Give Anyone anyone any info before they are Truly Interested, In What your Selling, I always Make Sure, I Hear from them a few times, via email ,before I know they only Want What I Am selling, There's a lot of (Scammers)out there,That are trying to get your Info And or Address so be very Careful.

I have Sold anything From A box of toys ,For five Dollars, to Light bulb for a high Definition TV For 150.00 dollars,I Have even taken someones Unwanted Stuff, that they didn't Want Anymore, and Sold those items ,I Have even found stuff on the side of The road, That some Body's throwing out, And turned it Into A profit ,remember anything that's Free is a 100% Profit.

And only takes a little Bit of time and effort ,so Remember if you have old working Items ,then get Them All Together,and Get the pictures uploaded on your Craig's list account, its very easy and simple and price it fairly And you Will make Money, In these tough economic times any extra money is a very good Thing, so Try it Some time here is the link www.craigslist.com
