Tell a Lover to Lose Fat

If your girl has gained a few extra pounds, and, try as you might, you just do not find her as attractive any more, it can be really hard to say anything about it. It is for this reason that we bring you the top tips on how to tell your loved one to shape up, without being shown the door!

  • "I don't like the way that dress looks on you anymore."

    It's true, every woman has a ‘go to getup', and if you are not aware of what it is, the chances are you are not close enough to her to tell her to hit the gym! There is only one way in that could ever change how a dress looks, and that is the way it fits. When your girl asks what you think the problem might be, tell her you are not sure why it looks odd. Suggest she tries something a bit less tight, and watch the pounds drop off!
  • "I hate the way my bum looks so big in these jeans."

    Women will always commiserate with other women about the size of their bottom, the thickness of their thighs and the flabbiness of their tummies. They have been doing it since the dawn of time. If you start a ‘pity party' of your own, over how heavy you are, and how you fear your muscles are turning to flab, your lady will be come fat obsessed by association!
  • "Oops. I thought you were a size ten."

    If you want your princess to shed some puppy fat, spend a bit of cash buying her a dress to die for. However, make sure you ‘accidentally' buy it in a few sizes too small for her. If your girl thinks she is thin in your eyes, and the only thing hinting that maybe she isn't is a dress, she should work 24/7 in order to fit into it. Any number of sit ups is better than the shame of asking for the receipt to she can swap it for a larger size!
  • "I have a new personal trainer at the gym. SHE'S great."

    If you drop this line to your girl over dinner, I guarantee she'll be signing up to the gym herself within 24 hours. She can't tell you to go to the gym less, but it will drive her crazy thinking that another woman is eyeing you up as you do your squat thrusts!

Point to remember: It is best to make everything about you when you are trying to influence someone to lose fat. Try not to attack your lover, as the minute you make it about where she is going wrong you'll be buying ready meals for one. Losing fat takes time, so be patient with her!

Something else that I reccommend is by showing them something that you're interested in. For example; If you feel that you could lose fat as well, you could buy a new diet program and then tell them about how great it is and maybe you should give it a try together.
