68 Last week i met one of my school friend. We were meeting after 5 years, so chat goes on for all the missing years between us. I was very happy for his success and i was appreciating it. But a sudden moment his face became darker in some pain. I asked him the cause, and i was shocked to here that my 25 year old friend developed Debates.
These days this is a general thing. We find so many peoples around us who are dibetic and living on insuline. Is it good to develop this diesease in this much early ages?

Well u dont have time to excercise but you can convert something from your daily routine into excercise. Like if you are using lift. Use stairs insted (off course for 5-6 storie). This way you can get some excercise and health also.
Changing sugar to honey is nice idea.:)
My wife is diabetic (Fasting - 245; PP - 302). She has started doing exercise as well as food control. Will she be able to rid off from it?

Well, its' shocking that your friend is diabetic at the age of 25? Sorry for him. I replaced sugar long time ago with honey for my tea and coffee. But, unfortunately I don't have time to excersise. Nice hub with great tips. Thanks dear.
