How to Get Over an Ex

When we go through a break up there are always a lot of hurt feelings and resentment. Most of the time you just hate that person for what they did to you. Maybe some of it was your fault you saw the writing on the wall months ago, but you chose not to believe it. Now your sitting here upset because you let this go on for so long.

When you start asking yourself how to get over an ex?  What you need to do is find something else to keep you occupied. And not another boyfriend/girlfriend, as much as you think that is what you want right now, it's not. Getting into another relationship this fast will only cause you more problems in the future. People that get into relationships very quickly after coming out of one end up using that person a rebound. Something to get them through a tough time when you are trying to get over your ex. Don't do that, it's not fair to the other person, they might fall in love with you and then you are going to break their heart.

How to Get Over an Ex - Be careful of Music

Another thing you should do is try to avoid listening to music. I know when I first get out of a serious relationship it seems like every song on the radio is about that person. It's was either a song that was considered our, or a song that we enjoyed together, or a song that about love. During a time when you are trying to get over someone even a song about alligators eating someone, in my mind I could some how relate it to her.

How to get over an ex is to not let your mind plays games on you, I used to imagine all kinds of thing in my head that weren't even true. I used to drive myself crazy. Its not worth it, we all understand that getting over an ex is hard. Get your self a couple good books to read, surround your self with family and friends and let time take its natural course. Don' try to do it alone, its to hard, get some help. After a while you will see it was the best thing for you.
