Everyone wants massive traffic to their site. Without a traffic, it is impossible to make sales. So, I have decided to write about the more modern ways to get traffic very fast to your site. But, just like anything, a good thing does not last forever. This is not a sit or forget approach. It takes hard work, dedication and determination. Here is how to get massive traffic to your website.

1.       Hubsites- Hubsites are my favorite for getting website traffic. Many people who use them and don’t get any traffic are using them wrong. Some example of hubsites is just like the site you are reading now; Hubpages. Hubsites are nice because most of the time they have a high page rank Simply writing on hot topics with low competition keywords can get you a LOT of traffic. Here is the thing; you will not get direct traffic from people actually reading your article. This is not the point. The point is to get traffic from the search engines. Here is exactly to make hubpages work:

¨       Write at least 5 articles- (First make sure to pick 5 long tail keywords to place in your article’s title. Also place these same keywords throughout your article and make sure the keyword density is 1%-3%. Make sure to add a link to your website or blog in the link capsule or module. You will have to research low competition keywords for your product so you can use that in your anchor text.

·         Now, go back and get the separate urls of each hubpage you created. Then interlink them together. After you done with this, you will need to submit your pages to the top social bookmarking sites. Use socialmarker.com to get through the list faster. I would also suggest bookmarking with ALL the sites. It doesn’t matter whether they are ‘dofollow’ or ‘nofollow’, both will help with your page rank of your website/product.

2.       Forums-  I like forums a whole lot more than blog commenting. Blog commenting takes more time and is a little bit more tedious finding high page rank ‘dofollow’ blogs that are frequently updated. So, posting on forums is less time consuming and works very well. Just sign up with a high page rank ‘dofollow’ forum and edit your signature. You signature will be shown each time you make a post on the forum. Viola! It is that simple. Remember, in order for this to work, you will need to do it in volume. This means in order to see any results, you will need to make at least 50-100 signatures.

3.       Deep-Link Directories- Now, this is a new method for me. I just found out about deep-linking directories about 3 days ago. Deep-linking directories is crucial and more effective than regular directories. The regular directories will only allow you to submit the index or main page of your website. A deep-link directory will allow you to submit multiple pages such as with blog post. Do a quick search online for high page rank deep-link directories. There review process can take up to 3 days, which is not bad since most article directories can take up to a week.

4.       Article Sites- When I say article sites, I don’t mean article directories. In fact, I don’t like article marketing because there are easier ways to get backlinks now in days that is much more effective and quicker. Article sites usually have high page rank and follow links. Some of these sites include; Associated Content, Ehow and Helium. Most of the time, these sites also reward you for page views or with an upfront payment such as Associated Content (usually around $2.75-$3.00). But you want to use these sites to bring traffic to your website. Not for the measly dollars they throw at you for writing an article.

5.       Multiple Blog Posting- I only advise this method if you have a website that already gets a little traffic. Most blogs already have a leg up on traditional websites because the Search Engines pay more attention to them more. Multiple blog posting will get your more traffic from the search engines. To get the most effect, you must write 10-30 blog post in one sitting! While this can be time consuming and exhausiting, you will reap the rewards.

6.       Facebook- Facebook is one of the most popular marketing tools today. They added a really cool feature called, “status updates”. Well, they always had this feature, but now it is used with marketing power. You can now advertise anything to your friends. The biggest key is finding people to become friends with. While this is an easy task, you want to pick friends that target your audience. You don’t want a bunch of friends that are 15 years old as your market audience. Also, Facebook is ‘dofollow’, so if you write a status update with a link to your website, people can click on the link. Very cool, huh?

So now that you have all the tips to getting massive traffic, go out and make some money! Oh, and don’t forget; this is not a ‘sit it and forget it’ approach. Because of all the competition on the net, you can’t just make a bunch of backlinks and hope the traffic will come in day after day. You will need to ‘wash and repeat’ EVERDAY in order for this method to work! Think of your website as a Business and you will be well on your way to making a full time income working from home.
