It is a fact that the belly fat is the most difficult to get rid of because it is the main place to store fat in the body. Many people will attest to this fact. Many lose fat everywhere else before they lose belly fat. It is also a fact that it is much easier to develop belly fat. Deficiency in lifestyle is the major cause. Eating unhealthy food, lack of exercise, stress, alcoholism are some examples leading to developing unhealthy, unwanted, stubborn belly fat.

Exercise to Lose Belly Fat

Exercise is one of the best ways to lose belly fat. But you need to understand that targeting the belly area alone with crunches doesn’t lead to losing belly fat. It is important to exercise the whole body if you are going to lose stubborn belly fat. Exercise that strengthen the major muscles and build muscle mass in your body will help you have that smooth and toned abs you always have dreamed of. Again if you want to lose those belly fat your exercises must be right exercises. So, you need to exercise smart.

Taking Pills to Lose Belly Fat

Most people who are busy and don’t have enough time for diets always turn to the easiest and quickest way to lose belly fat. That is with taking pills. There are countless pills available to lose belly fat. But at the end, most people find out that taking pills does so little in losing those unwanted belly fat. Some diet pills that claims and promises actually results to nothing at all, while some have been found to be harmful to your health.


Surgery to Lose Belly Fat

Out of desperation and frustration at times, people turn to surgery to lose stubborn belly fat. Most of the time, surgery is for people more than 100 pounds overweight. There are a 3 different surgery choices available to those who choose this method for losing belly fat. First is banding of the stomach. This is where part of the stomach is banded off making the stomach smaller and can only hold small amount of food. Another surgical procedure is the gastric bypass where food is made to go directly into the intestines bypassing the stomach. The third is called liposuction, a cosmetic surgery, or body sculpting. Liposuction is one of the most popular procedures today. It is the sucking out of fat not exceeding 10 pounds. These surgical procedures are very difficult, risky and can have negative side effects.

Most Effective Way

With all these methods available for you to lose your belly fat, it is still your choice to opt for the best method that will be most effective and healthy for you. Surgery and taking pills may be the quickest ways to lose stomach fat, but exercise and eating the proper food are still the most effective ways to lose unwanted, stubborn belly fat.

People need to know that belly fat, all fat is stored from the inside-out, and to reduce fat also is from the inside out, The belly is first area the body places the fat to protect the internal organs, and it is the last area to be reduced, That is why it takes so long, and so much exercise. Stay with the program, it will recede.

I have lots of belly fat. Pills isnt effective for me but for some it is. Hope I could have time for abs forming exercises, I'm too busy and stress that add up to fat in my stomach.

Different things work for different people but I would strongly recommend exercise and eating well, over anything. It is the safest way to lose weight. People didnt get belly fat by taking pills and having surgery so they shouldent get ride of it by these metheds ither.

it is very diffucult to lose belly fat. it has taken several months just to lose 3pants size but it happend. just maintain your excersies schedule and drink plenty of water. it will surley shrink down.

Do intensive cardio for 30min everyday along with Aerobics. As there is no spot reduction, we can't reduce the belly fat alone. So try to focus on overall body fat and do exercise accordingly. Cycling, swimming, jogging, walking, aerobics are all good for weight and fat loss. Once the fat is getting reduced, start abs exercise to tone the mid section. Drink plenty of water and have healthy meal (atleast 4-5 small meals a day that can consist lot of fresh fruits and raw veges) Besides, you should have complete dedication towards your every day exercises. Everybody can have a flat and toned abs if you follow the above tips. No doubt.

i have tons of belly fat, and losing the weight will take a couple of months. i am wanting to lose 70 pounds tht should actually take me about 2 years.. but for most part it could take 4-5 months if i do soo much actually..i am not intrested in pills..and 10000 trains to surgery.. soo. that is all i have to say,

and most people who are big and want to lose weight but cant cause they are surrounded with temptations, all you have to do is challange yourself once you do tht. you keep doing tht you then will have self control over anything and just remember it is not the end of the world if you cant have tht fast food place tht day, you will have it again...

Lay off the alcohol. Atleast to only a few drinks a week. Cardio overtime will shrink your whole frame and make it lean. I run everyday for 40 minutes. Drink plenty of water.It flushes your whole system out activates your body to burn stored fat. And also green tea is a delicious way to burn fat.Throw fruits into the diet. I have a mango smoothie every morning. 1 granny smith apple during the day. And 1 cup of cantalope at night. Sometimes I mix in watermelon for the lycopene it provides. But you have to stay dedicated to your goal of losing weight and resisting temptation of unhealthy foods and alcohol. You will be so proud of yourself if you commit and you will look, and feel great!
