Eat healthy food


exercising to lose 10 pounds in seven days

If your looking for some exercises to enable you to lose 10 pounds in seven days start with the following.

First day you do some jogging. jog two miles.If you have to stop and walk stop. then jog again.If you belong to a gym do the running on a treadmill.

Second day If you havent exercised for a while your going to wake up with sore legs. no pain no gain! Today your going to swim. you will not feel the aching legs in the water. So get in the pool and swim lengths for asl long as you can. alternate breast stroke and front crawl. do this for 30-60 mins.

Third day- If you belong to a gym get down there and get on the cross trainer. stay on it for between 30-45 mins and alternate between low and high exertions. When you think you cannnot do anymore do another 5 minutes.If you cannot get to the gym get your bike out from the garage and ride it round for 30 mins. jumping between shorts fast bursts and gentle riding. believe me this is gonna make you fitter than you will ever believe.

fourth day -come on out of bed! your legs are still aching. never mind. another two mile run. this time try and run further before you stop to walk. If your a good runner.Then run your normal distance.

fifth day.back in the swimming pool same routine as before. swim for 30 mins.

sixth day - Back on the cross trainer for 40 mins. alternative between fast bursts and taking it easy. 10 mins easy-five min bursts.

If you do this schedule and stick to a good diet your gonna start on the road to losing some serious weight.

Do not be tempted to eat lots of junk when you finish exercising.

drink plenty of water after to make you feel full.

Before even attempting to exercise warm up properly. stretch you legs properly.

this page though it contains good information is just a tad boring and inaccurate my lad reasearch has shown much more effective ways to loose the same weight in the same time with less exertion
