This site is useless...After45 minutes trying to just get into this site & just going round & round in circles I gave up.
This is typical best buy just trying to take extra cash from u.Now that it is getting very late to send payment you have to do it over the phone & pay an extra 15.00 for there run around bull crap.Best Buy will & does rip u off any way they can.Don't ever buy the exstended warranty because they do not honor it.They just keep jerking you around just like this site they want you to just give up to them.You pay the extra fees & they benefit from it by sending you in circles.

I can't find crap on this website. This is useless. How the heck do I pay my bill!!??? Don't even try calling the Customer Service number. It's just as bad. Once I pay this bill off I will NEVER use again. Wish I had never opened the account....now I wonder about what if something goes wrong with our new TV..will we get this same service?

Unbeliveable!! this is the worst website I have ever encountered. Tried to set up a best buy account and this website is useless and dangerous..can take you anywhere on the web...scary...however after countless calls I used the best buy actual site to set up an account...my advise ...never ever use this website !!

I agree this site is not very user friendly. I only wanted to help someone out and I got the key pad run-a-round. I am not very impressed at all and I will not stop here. I am going to make a corporate call and drop a line to the BBB, I suggest you all do the same. T.H.I.M.C.: Take the time to read some of these and log on to other sites so you can see how they are coming up with safe ways to pay online with the consumer in mind...... I feel like I am wasting my time. Good day.
