Define Anxiety

Anxiety is the experience of fear and worry. Although anxiety has been around since generations ago, it was not until 1844 that it was described and given a name by the Danish existentialist Soren Kierkegaard. Feelings of anxiety may be experienced with no apparent external stressor – it may simply come from within “People who are anxious often have a sense of some sort of impending threat or doom” They will experience a host of physical symptoms that go along with that, like a dizziness, light headedness, chest pains, perspiration and many more symptoms from person to person. Anxiety can be experienced from mild feelings to severe terror that follows panic attacks. Anxiety disorders is very common in the European countries as compared to Asia. Anxiety and the disorders associated with it can be troublesome for your sleep. The relaxation techniques can help cope with anxiety, stress and sleep pattern.
