When I left the packaging company, and was disappointed about the business, we planned to establish. I receive a rang of courses from a private institution Master D. I decided to use the unemployment opportunity to register for the Solar system. When I realised the place I chose for the course could not be possible, because the fellow share with partner I diverted to Asturias. I did not have the plan. I once register to do other course there, so I should miss this chance said I. I followed the root from Cataluña passing through Aragon, La Rioja, Burgos, Castilla leon to Oviedo.

When I arrived in Oviedo, driving through the city to Avd. de Mar. I found a place to park. I began to look for locutorio or some one I could ask where to rent a room. In Spain, immigrants always go to call centres to find rooms. There you can get information. There are lists of apartments for rent, rooms to let or share etc…So I went round looking for one. I met a disk seller on my way about fifty meters away from where I parked. He showed me a call centre just 10 meters away. I entered there, there was an African woman doing hair. I greeted and asked if there was a room to let. She responded to me that she had a room in her home, but she would discussed with her husband first. She gave me a number to call. I went out again, I saw an other black man walking along the road. I stopped him and asked if he knew where I could rent a room. He told me he knew a Ghanaian who once told him he had a room to let. We called the guy and asked. He said the room was there so we went there. We entered and saw the room. I asked how much, the boy told me it was approximately 145 bills apart. Therefore, I remain there to live with them. The man who sent me to the house is a Nigerian pastor. He visited us sometimes on Saturdays to see who would go to church on Sunday. I told him I could help with my car any time the church needed my help. The boys according to them did not know any employment office, therefore, every morning I waked up I went round to look for information. I used to go to the Cameroonian Bar, that was my resting place. I was waiting for the course. When they called me, I did not like the system because I had to study at home and the practical in the centre. Moreover, I had to pay three thousand euros. I registered in the employment office but did not call me. I got my first job at Patrick sports. When I was kicke off, I went to Ghana for vacation. I came back one month latter. My friend got a room for me somewhere so I went to live there. I got an other job at H.A.S.about six months after. I rented an apartment. After three months, I became unemployed. I became agent but that does not work.

I used to go to El Gato Negro in Tenderina where Africans meet. The Guineans told me I had to associate, because if there is a problem they would secure me. At the week ends, I took them to Pub Malabo and sometimes Don Dinero. I also help to drop the girls at school. One day I met one Ghanaian in Salina at the gate of a supper market. I recognised him immediately by a dack dot he has on the face as I saw him. I approached and asked if he is a Ghanaian. He answered yes, after a few minutes of conversation I left him with his son to attend to my friend who was waiting for me. 15 munites latter, I turned bark for a telephone number so that i can call him one week end. He denied that he does not live in Spain. He was on a few days holydays he said. I was not suppressed, because some Africans who got married to white do not recognise brother whenever they meet. The only Ghanaian who has been in the town for more than 8 years does not relate with any one, the boys told me. How do I know him?. I got to know him in Gato negro one day when he entered. I was there charting, they presented him to me that he is well known. He is Seidu from Mamobi, Accra. So we became friends. Whenever his wife needed someone to drop her at work, he called me. At the weekends, we pass time together. I transport boys anywhere they wanted to go. In this City, boys are so treacherous to the extend that no one care for the other. Especially when you are unemployed.

The Black Community in Spain.

When I was kicke out for the second time, no one needed to recognised me. I could not even buy fuel to carry them. All those I had good relationship with hid from me. What can I expert from vultures, anyway. Fairly well in some part. In Asturias, it is very amazing. The relationship is appalling no one care for an other, and in other words, we are vultures. We envy each other, when you are in trouble is when they neglect you.

In Ghana, Ghanaians are united as one. Contrary in Spain due to the highest illiteracy rate among us, we live deviated. Christians and Moslems live apart. Kumasinos pepe say they flock together. The haussa and Yorubas say they are the holy. The Brongs/akans say they are the real Ghanaians and no one can penetrate. others say it is them. Dagonbers are uniting as ever. The kotocolis and Chanbas say here is the judgment day. I wish something serious must be doing so fast. There should not be any boundry among us.

The part of "We are all Vultures" is more captivating. This is what happens within the Communities of Africans in Europe. High rate of Illiteracy cannot be detached.
