Warm up To perform some simple toning exercises it is not necessary to go through a really long warm-up routine. However creating some warmth in your body and just mobilizing your joints a little will allow you to perform the different workout exercises more effectively. Some of the warm up postures can be swing and twist, marching, twisting, swing and reach.

Arm out some parts of your arms will naturally get tone as a result of carrying out everyday tasks and actions. The forearms tend not to amass body fat and stay lean and muscular. It is the bicep muscle at the front of the arm and the tricep at the back that need toning in order to shape and improve the sight of your arm.

Some of the arm out postures can be stand correctly on both feet and lift both arms in front of you with the fingertips just touching each other. Extend your arms out to the side and hold in the position until 3 breaths. Tricep push ups also work well. Position yourself on all fours. Keep your arms tucked into your sides with the elbows pressing into your ribcage.
